ARKOF Technology FZCO offers professional business services including:

• Apparel branding and creative consultation

• Logo and brand identity design

• E-commerce website development

• Social media strategy and content creation

• Videography, photography, and marketing collateral

• Manufacturing coordination through third-party suppliers (custom apparel)

We act as a service provider and project manager. We do not function as the direct manufacturer of physical goods, although we facilitate their production.

2. Use of Services

You agree not to use our Services:

• For any unlawful purpose

• To violate international, federal, or local regulations

• To transmit any malicious code or files

• To exploit or harm minors or impersonate others

We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone who violates these conditions.

3. Payments

All Services require full or partial prepayment before execution, as outlined during checkout or in your invoice. Payment methods are processed securely through third-party gateways.

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes without valid communication will be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in blacklisting from future services.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed once project work has begun. Refunds may be issued in cases of:

• Non-delivery of services

• Service failure on our part, subject to review

Refunds are not issued for:

• Custom manufacturing projects already in production

• Delays caused by client’s lack of communication

All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of project delivery.

5. Third-Party Vendors

We work with verified third-party manufacturers and logistics providers. While we oversee quality assurance and timelines, ARKOF Technology FZCO is not liable for:

• Shipping delays

• Customs-related issues

• Damage during transport

We do, however, commit to helping resolve such matters with our vendors on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding assets created by ARKOF Technology FZCO are your property upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a written NDA is in place.

7. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about financial performance or business outcomes. We provide tools and services to support your brand, not financial results.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Platform issues outside our control (e.g. Shopify, Stripe, etc.)

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in courts of Dubai, UAE.
