Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy for ARKOF TECHNOLOGY FZCO
Thank you for choosing ARKOF TECHNOLOGY FZCO. We aim to provide exceptional services and complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Refund Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
The wrong service or product was delivered by ARKOF TECHNOLOGY FZCO.
The service provided was materially different from what was agreed upon.
The service could not be delivered due to a fault or error on our part.
Important:
If a service has already been fully rendered or partially delivered based on client instructions, refunds may not be applicable unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Services:
Custom development work, consultancy hours, or any personalized project services that have been started based on customer approval are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@arkoftechnology.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before work/service delivery begins, whichever comes first.
Cancellations after work has commenced may not be honored unless exceptional circumstances apply and will be at the sole discretion of ARKOF TECHNOLOGY FZCO.
If a cancellation is approved, any fees already incurred (such as consultancy charges or labor costs) will be deducted from the refund.
3. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy
For digital services, development work, and other bespoke (customized) services, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted once the work has started and/or a project milestone has been reached.
Customers are advised to carefully review the service descriptions and proposals before initiating a purchase.
